Lisney appoint three new Divisional Directors

Lisney have appointed three new Divisional Directors.

The company announced the appointments of Frank McSharry, Patricia Stokes and David McCarthy today.

Frank McSharry – Frank, joined Lisney in 2015 and works in Lisney’s New Homes Department. He specialises in devising sales and marketing strategies for residential development projects, and advising on pricing, feasibility and unit mix for new schemes. Prior to joining Lisney, Frank spent over five years working in the London new homes sector, primarily with the Berkeley Group. 

Patricia Stokes – Patricia, has worked in the Cork property market for the past 30 years joining Lisney in 2012. She has vast experience in the residential property market having worked on many of the high profile residential schemes in Cork. She specialises in residential property particularly in residential sales and lettings, valuations and new home development advice.

David McCarthy – David McCarthy, joined Lisney in 2008 and is a Chartered Surveyor based in the Cork office. He has experience in all aspects the commercial property sector in Munster, particularly in commercial sales, acquisitions and lettings, landlord & tenant advice as well extensive experience in valuations and development appraisals.

Commenting on the appointments, Duncan Lyster, Managing Director of Lisney said: “I’m pleased to announce the promotions of Patricia, David and Frank. Their promotions are well deserved and are in recognition of their input, dedication and valuable contribution to the firm”.
