***LIMERICK CITY & COUNTY COUNCIL INVITE APPLICATIONS FOR TRANSFER OF THIS ASSET FOR SPECIFIC LOCAL COMMUNITY USE*** On the instruction of Limerick City & County County Rural, Community and Culture Directorate, GVM Auctioneers are seeking expressions of Interest in the former library building located on the Emly Road in the village of Hospital, Co. Limerick. LCCC have advised this building has had long standing use as a community facility in Hospital and wish to therefore transfer this asset to an organisation that will continue its use to the benefit of the local community. All Expressions of Interest are on the basis of applicants submitting an application that will be assessed by Limerick City & County Council.
