Hello everyone,
I rent an apartment 4 months ago through a letting agency. Two months ago the agency informed me that the owner had voluntarily decided to give the apartment to the bank. They informed me that because of this they would not take care of the property and now everything would be with the bank. If sometjinf in the aparment stop working they can\'t fixed it. Aldo i asked them if I can move put and they told no because I have a contract for 12 months, but my contract is with them and the landlord not the bank. Two months have passed and I have not received any news from the bank and the agency does not know anything either. They told me that I should continue to pay my rent with them. So my question is should I still pay them the rent o should I wait to heard from the bank? At the end of the day they are not managing that apartment anymore.
