hi can anyone help me PLEASE
I've been livin in an apartment for just under 2yrs with my 2yr old daughter in the past 3 months there has been nothing but trouble in the block a fire a stabbing and upto 20 cars smashed up in the 'secure underground car park' there is 12apts in the block and 9 of them are now empty, i have informed my landlord about everything and he has done nothing at all to help me so i gave him my notice he is making me stay there for 42 days befor he gives me my deposit back i am the only girl livin in the block and i am terrified, wat can i do to get my deposit back?
