Renting out... Self Agent V's Letting Agent

Thats what happened to me using an agency. THEY DO NOT CARE
See this what happened to me
WHAT TO DO ?
Your house has been rented through an a letting agency.
Tenant breaks contract, and leaves owing 2 or 3 weeks rent.
House needs re-paint (due to kids writing on walls etc) and certain damages have been done by tenant. (Letting Agency used his last deposit to cover one missing months rent) so no deposit left to cover damages . Me out to the tune of 2000-3000 EUR.
In these circumstances can the landlord (or would it be worth it) sue the Letting Agency. Tenant long gone (non national)
