The house has to be put back in the standard it was received in. In hinesight you should have taken pictures of the house before and after you leave. Regarding cleaning if you left it not clean then she can charge you. You can offer to redo the house to save you the loss of deposit. Confirm she is happy with this.
Most move out letters will say if the carpets are not clean then you can be charged, the same with cookers, and ovens. This is why most landlords do not put in light coloured carpets in the houses. Have a chat with her and see what can be done between you.
