Rents Still Too High

Can I ask why some landlords are still advertising their properties with highly overpriced rent amounts ? Do they not realise that tenants have also either lost their jobs or had to take massive pay cuts and simply can\\\'t afford to pay top heavy rents ? Do they also not realise that the days of adding 200 to 300 euro above the average just because they consider their house to be in an \\\" upmarket \\\" location are long gone.... It\\\'s not like the standard of the rental properties have improved either. It\\\'s about time some landlords realised that tennants are \\\" human\\\" too and we also have other bills to pay without being overcharged for rent just because they can\\\'t afford their mortgages that they freely took out of their own accord probably knowing even at the time that they were overstretching themsleves financially.
