disabled and frightened needs a safe home now, wicklow area

severely disabed and single who has been facing severe antisocial behaviour around where i live, desperately need to move to private accommodation in wicklow to be near relative who will keep eye out for me.
how can i get ANY help with finance to buy my bungalow.
i have 200k but not a lot else. seen a place sure and its great but just a bit tight and certainly could not reach the asking price.
i am in utter high anxiety and i am so fearful where i live now in social housing.
i need to move fast, my health is suffering and i cannot take this much longer.
all advice badly needed. i have been to the council and hse and no one seems to be able to help.
