Mouldy house - chancer unregistered landlord

Our rented house is destroyed in mould - I won't get too into it but there's binned clothing, cleaning bills, ill health and a couple of very disgruntled renters.

Brought the issue to the landlord's attention weeks ago and zilch has been done. Refused to pay rent, as we're moving out asap and she's not registered with PRTB.

She's withholding deposit. What do I do?
