There is 2 conditions in which I will pay the tax;

1. My name is taken of the mortgage by the tax registration deadline, or

2. We put the house up for sale. (I will not be moving back in.I know there will be arrears but I am not willing to hold onto the house long enough for the capital paid to equal the mortgage amount remaining.)

There is no debt free way out of this situation for either of us so the sooner we get things sorted the sooner we can finally go our separate ways.

That is my decision

Above recent email from him, there is no talking to this person. I've tried the tough approach to which i get abusive email back. I have kept record of everything. I am in a situation where i can bearly afford to eat every month at times, so cant afford a solicitor yet but will be going to see one as soon as i can. Thanks for all advice
