Be your own agent.Whats reasonably priced to you may be expensive or too little for somebody else.
Just take time to walk around the area a few times,taking note of any for sale.Inquire as to the price.You could be asking for a friend wh=o is still abroad and could well be a cash buyer.
Go into a local shop or bar,chat with somebody working there or a local who may well have the info you need.Maybe a neighbour sold up 3 months ago or whatever.
The point is that you wont necessarily get what you are looking for by hiring a third party whose vested interest is in getting commission from you - as much and as fast as possible.
