Hi I had a tenant from Hell for the past 4 weeks sharing my house, she was okay week one, she stated she did not smoke or drink, so I said great we will give it a go, one week later she is smoking and drinking she has missed work for the past two weeks she is stating she is at home?? she is not she left and said see you tomorrow I text her three days ago asking please let me know if you are okay i am worried she will not reply yet she texts work to say she is sick and will be back at work next week sometime, what am I to do< she is on trail
