Rent allowance paid directly to landlord ?

By advice at 12:26, Thu April 5 2012, in Renting Questions - 9 responses

This is a reasonable request. Yes you can ask for the rent to be paid directly into your account. When you fill in the form you can attach a note reqesting the money to go directly into your account. It should also be on your contract with your tenant.
~There are some tenants that take the cheques and cash them and not pass on the funds to the landlord.
