Hello,

I continually find it gobsmacking the lack of Photos (usually badly composed) that EA`S use to promote a property for their clients. A prize one illustrated a stream and a bird on it (3 illustrations). The other 3 or 4 showed part of a kitchen and part of a bedroom, mainly a bed. The house boasted of 4 bedrooms and and .....
This is not uncommon, but when a golf course is in the vicinity, en EA is careful never to omit mentioning it, presuming that everyone looking for a home has golf in mind.
I agree with Mick O`Toole, EA`s are a hindrance.
On the moral side, I would rather pay that extra % to the vendor, aware how it is for them in these hard times.
