I am renting a property for the past 14 months.
Several problems now exist and my Landlord, who lives in the Middle East is ignoring my requests to have them fixed.
Broken window, leaking gutters, and finally this week end a leak from the attic into my linen press ruining all my clothes, bed lined ,towels ect.
I rented through an agency but they do not manage the property for him.
I am at a loss as to where to get help. Should I stop the rent??
Also I do not get rent allowance as he refuses to give me his details.I do not want to move out as I am happy in the area and have made many friends.
Any help please.
