I am really sorry for the the Priory Hall owners and i am wondering what could be the reason for such scandals.
There should be a mandatory inspection of new buildings to make sure the structure is sound,safe and compliant with regulation.We not only need more regulation but also enforcement.
As i said, i would not consider sub-standard housing built during the boom.
There are also lots of issues regarding busted property developers and Nama to take into account.
