Many thanks for the information. It really is appreciated.
I am keeping copies of all the communication (letters, texts and I can get a copy of my phone bill). If I still haven't heard from him by Friday I will be serving my notice, which is such an inconvenience as I really didn't want to move.
Fingers crossed he gets in contact soon.
