National Property Price Register

A price register is unlikely to make a difference to prices actually achieved because the market forces remain the same, available money versus available property.
Whether or not it makes difference to a typical asking price remains to be seen. The penchant of the average estate agent to fail to see what he would not wish to see never ceases to amaze.
