I am seeking a permanent property exchange : Dublin for Co Kerry - I have a top class ,centrally located, apartment on Dublin South Quays @ Ushers Quay,Dublin 8 that is generating a very solid year round rental income of €750 per month or €9,000 per annum ( with professional tennant in place )and would be interested in a well located property in County Kerry - ideal locations - Ballyheigue/Ballybunion/Tralee/Killarney but will consider all other proposals.
If you ever wanted a good central Dublin apt ,midway between the city centre and Heuston Stn,near 2 Tram stops,city bus service on the doorstep - ideal as an ongoing solid investment property in the city or if you have sons/daughters attending 3rd level education instititutions ,this would be ideal.Trinity College is approx 15 walk away.
You may have a 2nd home in County Kerry or a lightly used holiday home in the Kingdom that that you would consider as a suitable excah
