Hello im hoping someone can help me, i am renting a property for 18 months, we have been told by our landlord on the 26th june 2012 that we will have to leave the property as it needs to get work done on it as the house is affected by pyrite.
The work is going to start on the 23rd july 2012 so we need to be out before then.
The work will take 6 weeks.
The landlord has offered a house but it is a 15-20 min drive away from the area we live, which means i will have to commute foward and back most days.
He has not offered to compensate us in any way for definate in way paying for petrol.
Does anybody know is there anything we are entitled to as this just seems so unfair!
I have two small children and this will be very unsetteling for them
Thank you
