Hey. I bought a house in mid 2010 in the cork county area for approx 250,000. Now we are interested in moving to Spain, but before we can get any wheels moving, I would like to have an idea as to how much my property would sell for in this economic climate. Its a 4 bedroom bungalow. Trying to get an idea as to what loss might be inflicted. Any suggestions? I would get a valuation on the house, but everything costs money.
