Reasonable timeframe for return of deposit in house share

Hi there, just looking for some advice.
I am leaving my house share tomorrow, having given the required notice. My landlady has today advised me that she will return my deposit in two weeks time after she has inspected my room and shared bathroom and the rest of the house - she is on holidays I believe.
Obviously I will have the room and bathroom spotless and also there aren't any damages. The landlady has outlined that if these aren't completely spotless that she will deduct the cost of a cleaner from my deposit. I am concerned that she has not agreed to a spot check on handover of keys tomorrow nor made arrangements in her absence - it worries me as this is a house share and other house mate has not cleaned in the year that I have lived here. If I have to wait two weeks for my deposit, the other tenant may cause damages etc which landlady may hold me liable for.
Basically, what is considered to be a "reasonable timeframe" for return of security deposit in a house share. Previous landlords have returned my deposit on the day of leaving the accommodation so two weeks later surprised me.
Any advice welcome.
