Hi im looking for advice i have been living in my house over 3 yrs the aggreement with my landlord is that he would be paid by rent allowance . my rent allowance was stopped 6 months ago and since then i have been paying in cash and working for him im now finding it hard to pay the rent so my landlord wants me to give it in writing im leaving the house but im not ready to leave as i have no were to go . should he have to give me any form of notice ( In writing ) ? because he wants me out have i any rights in this ?
