To buy or get out before it\\\'s too late

Apparently they have a good residential committee in the estate. The grounds itself are nice in fairness but the houses are just very poorly kept. On our little row of houses, two houses are up for sale and have not budged in the last two months. There are another two beside us that are quite over grown and in need of serious repair as well. It really doesn\'t look nice. My husband doesn\'t seem to see a problem even though we have lived in a far nicer estate before. However, now he is really annoyed with me for wanting to pull out at the last minute as it is closer to my family. I\'m just so worried about it reselling in 4/5 years time. I appreciate your advice Angela.
