I agree with above advice, if you are already thinking of selling in a couple of years, then this is probably not the house for you. If you\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'re hoping to make money on it, that may not happen. Is it an old established estate, things could improve if new buyer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s decide to move in. If prices are reasonable, this could entice buyer\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s, who would be willing to upgrade the homes. Good luck
