Based in Newbridge, Co Kildare, we cover all areas of County Kildare. Donnelly Property Services focus is upon providing a consistent and quality service to both Landlord and Tenant. We are here for you every step of the way to help and guide you through the letting process and this includes

• Advertising of property
• Viewing of property
• Ensuring all tenants provide copy of Passport/Drivers Licence
• 2 References (all references will be verified)
• Collection of one months deposit and one months rent in advance (deposit will be held by landlord)
• Completion of PRTB form
• Lease agreement
• Change over of all utilities
• Set up of standing order form to ensure rent is paid directly into Landlords account on a monthly basis

A full management service is provided and includes the following service:

• Check in report
• Dealing with all tenant enquiries, Donnelly Property Services will then liaise with you in relation to any maintenance work that may be required
• Rent lodged to your account on a monthly basis
• Rent statement will be provided on a monthly basis
• Quarterly inspection reports will be carried out, written copy will be sent to you
• On termination of tenancy, check-out report will be carried out
