• Collection of one months deposit and one months rent in advance (deposit will be held by landlord)

• Change over of all utilities
• Set up of standing order form to ensure rent is paid directly into Landlords account on a monthly basis.

A full management service is provided and includes the following service:

• Dealing with all tenant enquiries, Donnelly Property Services will then liaise with you in relation to any maintenance work that may be required
• Rent lodged to your account on a monthly basis
• Rent statement will be provided on a monthly basis
• Frequent inspection of the property.
• On termination of tenancy, check-out report will be carried out
• Full 24 hour maintenance service provided.
