Here is how it works:
Dublin rentals receives the deposit then the rent from the Apartments for the first number of months until the cost of each apartment fit out is paid in full, giving you all the interest free credit you need. We let each apartment on your behalf and when the fit out is fully paid for you receive the apartment completely fitted out to a very high standard with sitting tenants. We also fit out single or stand alone units.
