With no local amenities to walk to, you'll need a car to get out and about. Though you're rarely a fifteen-minute drive from South Devon's sheltered coves and South Ham's water's edge is even closer. There's plenty to keep everyone busy within the cottage's vast communal grounds, too. Think shared indoor heated pool, tennis court, playground, communal lawns and alfresco terraces. Prefer a little more privacy? That wood-burning fire and small suntrap terrace back at the elegant cottage should do nicely. Home truths: *There is private parking for one car within the grounds. *While you’ll share the wider grounds, swimming pool and fitness facilities of the estate, the cottage has a small private terrace area. *A cot and high chair are available for little ones on request. *The third bedroom has bunk beds which are suitable for children only. *There is a stream accessed through a gate within the wider grounds. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. *Please note that the gym is for use of over 18s only and is closed after 5pm.
