This house is beside the hospital, the medical library, university (University of Galway). It is located on Newcastle Road less than 5 minutes walk from the University Hospital (UCHG) and a 5 minutes walk from the University of Galway. The canal can be reached in a 2 minutes walk. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to Shop Street (the main shopping street in Galway City). Salthill and the sea promenade are also within walking distance away (circa 30 minutes walk). A spacious house, clean, private, detached, own patio, shed, not overlooked at back. There is a nice sunny patio area for sitting outdoors and this area is private and not overlooked. Large double rooms, high cellings, wooden floors, blinds, tiles in Kitchen and bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have their own vanity units (sink/mirror/storage). Power shower in bathroom, oil heating (the boiler is outside in the shed), alarm. Very good house for allergy suffers as the flooring is wood/tiles. There are blinds on all rooms and there are no carpets that would gather dust. Very easy to keep clean. The oil fired boiler is new and it is located outside the house. There is paving and a brick patio at the house, so it is easy to keep. Easy walk into town, along the canal pathway, to the Promenade (sea) in Salthill. Shops, restaurants, sports facilities and other services are nearby. Broadband connectivity. Bus stop on the door step. All bills are in tenants name.
