Fox & Gallagher Limited, Property Consultants and Consulting Engineers was established by Karl Fox and Patrick Gallagher, two entrepreneurs, who joined forces in their respective fields to provide a service to their community in Property and Planning & Designing, i.e. One Stop Shop for Property.


Both Karl and Patrick are natives of Crossmolina, Co. Mayo. They have both gained valuable experience in their previous employments and decided to venture out on their own and establish their
own private practice in Property Consultancy, which included Property Sales, Consulting Engineers, Valuations, Surveying, Planning Applications Site Surveys, Structural Reports, Building Supervision, Snag Lists etc.

Following an initial set up stage in 1999 and successfully gaining their Certificates in Auctioneering from I.P.A.V., they set up their office at Unit 1, Enniscoe House, Enniscoe, Castlehill, Crossmolina. This new concept in providing a One Stop Shop for Property proved to become very successful for Karl and Patrick and they decided that they needed to expand to larger premises to provide an even better service to their clients.

In March 2001, Crossmolina Deel Rovers Team were preparing for an All Ireland Final against Nemo Rangers in Croagh Park. As strong supporters of their home team, it is ironic that they both were also on a winning team because after purchasing a premises at Teeling Street, Ballina and preparing it for business they moved to Ballina.

Together with the rest of the team at Fox & Gallagher we provide a friendly, professional, confidential service to all our clients. We have the added bonus of valuable experience and local knowledge of particularly the North Mayo area and have properties and sites now throughout the County.
