Paul Grimes Senior (Director) has over 40 years of experience in the property business. Paul Grimes & Associates was established in 1971, holds a B.A in mathematics and economics and is a Fellow member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (FIAVI). Paul has a vast knowledge and experience in the residential & commercial market, and specialising in valuations and land development acquisitions. In the 1980’s Paul senior held a position as a valuer for the Residential Tenancy Board and sat on the disciplinary panel of the I.A.V.I for 10 years. He was a founder member of Real Estate Alliance with Mr. Willie Coonan, chairing the first ever meeting in his Ashbourne Office, seizing the potential and the opportunity for small to medium size estate agent nationally with decade of experience being able to come together and forming the alliance while still have there independence. The alliance today thrives with 35 Offices nationwide.

Paul Gerald Grimes (Managing Director) has over 13 years of experience in Residential sales and development land sales, holds a B.Sc. in Estate Management Surveying and is a member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI). He now manages the Ashbourne & Skerries Office and handles transactions at all ends of the market dealing primarily with the North East Region and North County Dublin region. Paul G. Grimes has successfully developed and evolved the estate agency business, since his arrival in 1998. He has been instrumental in the selling and managing of over 2,500 New Homes between both Offices. Paul has sold many land-mark buildings and large parcels of farmland and Development land at Auction in the last decade. Paul has also acted on behalf of the O.P.W & E.S.B in a enquiring and disposing of state assets.



Dermot Grimes has nearly 8 years experience in the property market having joined Grimes Real Estate Alliance in 2001. Due to Dermot’s wide knowledge and experience of the North East Leinster region he entered into sales and marketing of New Homes Developments. He has since joined his colleagues in the second hand residential & Letting & Managing of residential properties. While continuing to manage New Home Development in the Leinster area.


Lynn Lynagh (Associate IAVI) is an Associate Member of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute and has recently completed her degree BSc(Hons) in Property Studies through IAVI/DIT. Lynn joined Grimes Real Estate Alliance in 2009. Lynn previous held the position of Senior Letting negotiator / Management agent in a leading firm in Navan, Co. Meath. Lynn has built up a vast knowledge and wealth of experience of the Letting & Managed markets, haven successfully managed and rented-out full apartment blocks in the North East Leinster region. Grimes Real Estate Alliance our delighted to have Lynn as a member of their residential property division, she specialises on the sale of second hand properties and advising in the Letting & managing of property within the company.



David Quirke joined Grimes Real Estate Alliance in 2007. David previously held the position of lettings negotiator with an agency in Dublin. David has valued experience with property lettings and management throughout the North County Dublin region. He has also dealt with long term commercial lettings and management. David also works on second hand residential sales and new homes sales team in the Skerries Branch. He has been involved in the new homes sales of key developments over the past number of years.


Siobhán O’Sullivan BSc (Hons), M.R.I.C.S, QFA Prior to joining Grimes, Siobhán worked at AIB Private Banking for 5 years advising on European property investment and management of AIB PB client’s assets and spent 5 years working in a Surveying Practice in London.. Siobhan has vast experience in commercial property valuations, rent reviews and management. In 2000 Siobhan qualified with the Chartered Surveyor and is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since then she has qualified as a Financial Advisor through Grimes Real Estate Alliance in 2006.


Carol Keavey M.I.A.T.I
Carol heads up the accounts division within Grimes Real Estate Alliance she has 10 years experience of providing bookkeeping services to small and medium sized businesses. Carol joined Grimes Real Estate Alliance over 8 years ago.
