Problems Finding Your Ad

After you've placed your advert and submitted payment your ad will be reviewed by the Daft support team. During business hours this usually takes less than an hour. As soon as your ad goes live you will receive an email confirming it's on the site.
If you get an email confirming your ad is on the site and you still can not find it:
  • Check you are in the correct category i.e. Lettings or Sharing
  • Check that you're search inputs are correct
If you get an email confirming your ad is on the site and you still can not find it:
Check you have entered the correct number of rooms
Check that you are looking in the correct section. If you entered your ad as a holiday-home ad, this will be in a separate section to Lettings
If you have entered the rent on your ad as weekly, you need to search under the monthly amount i.e. (weekly rent * 52) / 12
