Removing/ Deactivating
To remove your ad from the site, login and click on MyDaft. Under my adverts, click the link Live Ads.
Choose ad you want to remove from the list and then click "Deactivate" in the top right hand corner of your ad itself.
This moves the ad into your deactivated folder (MyDaft – my adverts – deactivated ads) in case you need to use it again in the near future.
Note that the deactivated folder gets wiped every 30 days.
For "Letting" and "Sharing" ads, automatic deactivation happens 7 days in the case of properties in Dublin and 14 days in the case of property outside Dublin. If your ad is not renewed, we will assume that the property is no longer available and your ad will be deactivated automatically. (if the property is available at a future date, it will remain live for 7 or 14 days after that date).
"Sales" ads are deactivated automatically after 90 days.
