Location: 100 yards from the sea at Squince Harbour, hidden behind a small hill, extensive garden with view of the sea from the top, on Myross Island joined to the mainland by 2 causeways. Accommodation: Entrance hall with 4 doors leading to (1) garage, housing oil-fired boiler, fuel for open fire, (2) washrooms with basin, toilet and indoor games store, (3) utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, (4) living room with open fire place for coal, wood or peat, eating area at far end and kitchen to the side with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, larder cupboard, what else do you need? It is probably here. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with double beds, one 5', one 6' (King), two smaller bedrooms each sleeping 3 in single bed and bunk beds; bathroom with bath, basin, toilet and shower over bath, and shower room with basin and toilet.
