Joe Coogan Auctioneer runs his business at Ballycomey House, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny where Public Auctions are held on a weekly basis

All types of properties are handled, residential / commercial and agricultural, at a client’s choice of private treaty or public auction.

The vendors have their own private room on day of auction where they can both see and hear the auction being conducted.

We also conduct public viewings of properties at week ends - Saturday’s or Sunday’s to get our client the property market value for their property.
