Our Team
Jana Keane - BSc Honours Degree MRICS, MSCSI, Chartered Surveyor, Director. Jana has been operating in the property sector since 2001 and has years of experience in the Residential & Commercial market. Jana has been actively involved in Residential Sales, Acquisitions, Lettings & Property Management in the overall Dublin area. Jana holds an Honours degree in Property Studies from DIT and is a full member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Helen Grant – Helen is an associate supporting our Sales & Marketing department. Having previously operated her own staging company for 5 years, Helen brings superb staging advice and presentation tips along with a huge passion for property. As a professionally qualified marketer and along with her in-depth knowledge and experience in staging, Helen is able to objectively access your properties strengths and weaknesses. Often buyers need a little help to visualise how a property would look as their home and this is where Helen’s people skills and staging knowledge come in. Helen’s staging tips and advice have ensured that our clients have achieved above average sales in record time. Helen holds a degree in marketing from the chartered institute of marketing.
Stuart Thompson – Stuart is an associate supporting our Lettings & Management Team. Securing the right tenant for your property investment is key. We offer a full Lettings & Management service which offers a hassle and stress free option for our clients. Keane Thompson ensures that all our tenants are fully vetted before recommendation making sure that the client receives top class tenants and service.
Shauna Byrne – Office Manager. Shauna operates our front of house and office and ensures all appointments and office duties are up to date. Shauna also assists with our social media campaigns and virtual video tours which ensure our clients receive the most up to date and effective forms of marketing – extremely important for the times we live in!
Geraldine Keane – Accounts Department. Geraldine operates our accounts department and ensures all rents and payments are up to date meaning no delays for our clients and a fast, safe and efficient payment service.
