As a landlord myself with a number of investment properties, I have experienced first hand the quality of service provided by the average Letting Agent, I found them to be very poor and on several occasions managing the properties myself after the Letting agent failed to do as promised.

I also understand the headaches and time consumption that are associated with investment properties, their management companies, tenants, management and general up-keep. I have a number of years experience in Letting & Management, not just with my own portfolio but with a number of private clients too who have grown considerably over the years. We specialise in residential letting, apartments and family homes in South Dublin & North Wicklow.

Leinster Lettings is networked to a number of multinationals & corporate relocation companies based in Dublin. Using this network we seek professional corporate tenants for your property. New properties/listings are sent to this data base regularly. We also record all property enquiries and search requests, building an extensive Data Base of prospective tenants.

Size is everything! We will endeavour not to list/advertise any more than four of similar properties in a close locality, thus offering your property the due attention it deserves.

We work on No-Let No-Fee basis, offering a professional service of Letting & Full Management for only 6%.
