Lucy Wolfe & Associates is a family run, IAVI member firm business, established in Cork since 2000, with almost 17 years experience within the Cork property market.
Specialising in Residential sales, property valuations for a variety of purposes such as the "Fair deal" nursing home support scheme, Probate, Seperation & Divorce and the lease and management of residential investment properties.
We place a large emphasis on staff qualifications and training to ensure that we can provide our clients with a sensitive and personal service deeply grounded in “authentic” estate agency practice-without the fanfare of branding and rhetoric.
Our energies are invested in providing the highest level of service; having a solid valuation background, we can accurately value property and advise on the best campaign to ensure speedy and more than satisfactory sales. Practising in Cork since the early 1990’s having graduated initially from the IPAV sponsored education programme and later the IAVI affiliated program in DIT. Highly trained both professionally and in practice, Lucy is an IAVI member and has lectured extensively in The Cork Institute of Technology and The Cork College of Commerce in Professional Practice and Valuation.

Having emerged from a sales and marketing background Alan Burke studied Auctioneering and Estate Agency practice through the IAVI affiliated education programme in DIT.
