M&C property management was setup by Donogh Madigan and Michael Cunningham. Even though M&C is only in existence since January 2009 our principal Donogh Madigan has been in the property management business since 2002. As part of the Sherry FitzGerald group Donogh began letting and managing individual residential properties and once a reputation was secured for providing a prompt, professional service to landlords and tenants, the decision was made in 2005 to expand the business into the area of management for residential and commercial estates and facilities. This is widely acknowledged to be a very challenging and competitive business to operate in but meeting the challenge head on and providing a top class service to owners and operators has also seen this area of the business grow significantly in the last four years.

We have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of Property Management, both commercial and residential and we would especially like to hear from anybody who may wish to appoint or in fact change managing agents as there is always a better solution to be found and we are confident that we can provide it for you.
