UNIT 1:
Unit 1 is approx. 300 sq. ft. Shop / Office with street frontage onto the busy Aiden St. It has two internal spaces as it's currently configured but this could be very easily changed:

- Main area: 17 x 13

It has an entrance from the street with a shop front and space for signage. It also has a rear entrance to the circulation space of Enterprise House.

The space is metered for Electricity usage direct by your preferred utility provider.

Unit 1 is available immediately. It will be painted to the tenants taste before occupation. Rental is €260 per calendar month.



UNIT 4:
Unit 4 is approx. 450 sq. ft. Workshop / Store / Office. It has two internal spaces as it's currently configured but this could be very easily changed:
- Office / Canteen area: 15 x 8
- Main area: 24 x 13

It has a shop front and space for signage facing into the internal circulation space of Enterprise House opposite the rear entrance for easy access.

The space is metered for Electricity usage.

Unit 4 is available immediately. Rental is €250 per calendar month.



UNIT 6: Office Suite
Unit 6 is approx. 820 sq. ft. Office Suite. It has 5 internal spaces as it's currently configured but this could be very easily changed:

The space is metered for Electricity usage. The space comes unfurnished.

Office 33 is available immediately. Rental is €180 per calendar month.


OFFICE 34:
Office 34 is a self contained open plan Office Space comprising approx. 100 sq. ft. This unit is a single person office. The space measures approx. 10' x 10'.

The space is metered for Electricity usage. The space comes unfurnished.

Office 34 is available immediately. Rental is €150 per calendar month which includes connection to our "Up to 100 MBit" symmetrical broadband connection.



HOTDESK SPACE (Daily and Weekly Rates):
We also offer the use of a fully furnished single person office on hourly and daily rates with no fuss. You can bring your own laptop and connect to our high speed broadband, meet your clients in privacy, work remotely while on the road, and use our meeting room if needed.

Hotdesk Rates:
- Hourly - €10 per hour.
- Daily - €30 per day.
- Weekly - €90 per week.
