Our internet advertisements are painstakingly compiled with professional quality photography to attract more potential tenants. We sift through each individual to find you the best one available. Viewings are available at short notice and at flexible hours to suit tenants.
In the end you will receive a letting pack which will include;
� A signed lease (we advise a minimum term of one year)
� Copies of tenants photo ID, PPSN, previous addresses, contact numbers
� Record of utility readings and dates they were changed (by M Properties) into the tenants names
� Copy of Standing Order (signed by tenant) and posted to your bank, ensuring on time payment
� PRTB form signed by tenant, to be completed by you and posted to PRTB for tenancy registration
� A cheque for the monies received from the tenant (a month in advance and a month's rent security deposit)
