PRESS RELEASE - DAFT.IE CELEBRATING 300,000th AD
[25th March 2004] Daft.ie, the property website, today announced that the 300,000th property was posted on the website yesterday. To celebrate this fact, Daft.ie are giving away a trip to london to see The Divine Comedy play a special concert in London's Palladium.
"300,000 properties have been posted in just over two years, I think that's a pretty large figure and we want mark the occasion by giving away a good prize" said Eamonn Fallon, Director, Daft.ie. Property Team in Phibsboro, were the agent who posted the property, and have only recently started using Daft to advertise their property for sale.
"We have only been running the property sales section since october, but have already seen phenomenal interest. Traditionally, our lettings section would be the most popular but sales are now growing at nearly 5 times the rate of lettings" added Fallon.
