ORCHARD Real Estate Alliance began life as a family business in our original Orchard Offices on Rathfarnham’s Main Street. Stephen Riney founded the Company over thirty-five years ago and it has developed and grown to its present successful size. Six years ago we moved to our present modern offices in Rathfarnham Village where our Directors, Kevin Riney and Rory Crerar, together with a highly motivated and professional team, have provided a comprehensive property service, i.e. residential sales/rentals, commercial sales/rentals, valuations, rent reviews, professional consultancy, etc., to the South Dublin area and beyond.

Since joining Real Estate Alliance, ORCHARD now has a National Property Portfolio which will enable us to provide a more comprehensive service to our clients, as we can research and source properties on a national basis.
