With over sixty years experience in the construction industry Peter Fay & Sons Ltd has acquired an excellent reputation for superior quality and standards of workmanship. This reputation is based on attention to detail, with all houses being finished to the highest standard and all developments are fully landscaped. Peter Fay senior founded the business in 1948 and this emphasis on quality has continued on through three generations. The company is now run by Peadar and Paul Fay who have a great deal of experience, gained from building hundreds of houses. Our houses are timber frame houses which achieve favourable Building Energy Ratings (BER). Currently there are three developments under construction, ranging from affordable starter homes, to up-market houses and holiday homes.
