For 2024 (some weeks are not available). Prainha has stunning sea views from the landscaped grounds and contains a small supermarket and 3 on site restaurants, one of which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The resort has 3 pools all of which are only a few minutes walk from the apartment, the Atlantic pool looking directly out over the sea. There are two children's play areas, tennis, football, basketball courts and a Spa. The beach, with its boardwalk leading to Alvor, is only a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is fully furnished and has a large open plan well equipped kitchen/living/dining area, there are 3 bedrooms two of which are en-suite, the bathroom/ shower room being directly opposite the third bedroom. The apartment has four balconies, three of which have sea views. Internal stairs lead to the master bedroom on the upper floor which has its own bathroom and two large balconies both with sea views. The apartment has free WiFi, cable TV, access to Irish/UK channels and a DVD player. Free parking. The delightful fishing village of Alvor with its pedestrianised, cobble stone streets is only 1.5km away and contains a wide range of cafes, restaurants and bars many of which overlook the lagoon. There is a long wooden board walk from Alvor around the nature reserve. Nearby, are the towns of Lagos, Portimao, Praia da Rocha, and the golf resorts of Alto, Penina, Morgado and Pestana Pinta (to name but a few). Slide and Splash, Aqualand and Zoomarine are approximately 20 minutes drive away. There is a bus stop within a 1 minute walk from the apartment.
