We are a fledgling company run by myself Paul and my wife Margaret. We are partnered with a Portuguese Licence agent who have been in business for over twenty three years in this area, concentrating on helping our clients purchase the property of their dreams on the fantastic Silver Coast of Portugal. Our main office is in the centre of Soa Marthino do Porto and we have a smaller office in Caldas Da Rainha with very friendly English speaking consultants who will help and advise you in all matters regarding your purchase. We are the advisers here in Ireland and are here to listen to your requirements, we promise to do our utmost to assist you in every way possible.

When you arrive at our office in Portugal our Portuguese colleagues will make sure you are looked after. They will do their best to find exactly what you are looking for. They will take you around to all the properties that you are interested in viewing.
If you don't have a hire car they will organise to pick you up at the bus station when you arrive. A luxury coach runs from Lisbon to the Silver Coast area and costs €7.50. and it leaves every hour.

Unfortunately we do not always have the time to keep updating and changing this site due to the demand on our time looking after existing clients and travelling to and from Portugal but just click on any one which suits your budget and we will contact you with various properties that will hopefully suit. You can also log onto www.daft.ie where you will able to see more properties from other agents but as we are an Irish company we would appreciate your business. We will also have on hand at the office other new properties which will have just come on the market. In some cases we are also there to meet with clients. We have become friends with all of our clients and we have enjoyed meeting new people and helping one another when needed.

We are the first Irish couple to purchase a house in Salir Do Porto. We bought our first house three years ago which we absolutely loved. It is the corner house pictured on the top of our web page with the pool in front but as our family kept on expanding with grandchildren so we decided to buy a bigger house in the same location.
We have made great friends with all the local people who we have found to be so helpful and friendly and have learned so much about this beautiful area and hopefully this helps us to help you in your quest to find the perfect location for you and your family.

Our new holiday home is in the little hamlet of Salir do Porto which is across the beautiful shell bay from Sao Martinho do Porto on the Silver Coast. It is a new four bed villa with a private pool and gardens. It has three large terraces which have fantastic panoramic views into and across the bay.
If you log onto www.googleearth.com you can see for yourself how lovely this shell bay is with sand dunes fifty meters high and the mountains in the distance. We also rent our house for part of the year and find it hard to keep up with the amount of enquiries we get. Please call us if you need any more information on rental in the area. Portugal Silver Coast Homes arrange to take care of all our clients properties although in this particular area we estimate only about 15% of our clients buy to rent.

We are exclusive agents for a lot of properties in this area, this means no pressure on you if you are planning to visit Portugal as we will not sell a property you intend to view. Once we start to talk we can help define your brief. If you wish we will also introduce you to our banks that can help organise a mortgage on any property we have for sale. We have a group of Lawyers we can recommend to you who have looked after our own purchase and many of our new clients for us.

It is just a couple of hours flying time to Lisbon with www.aerlingus.com. and then a 50 minute drive to our office on a fantastic motorway, or you can fly with www.ryanair.com to Porto, however it is a longer drive from Porto.

Boating
The bay of Sao Marthino do Porto is wonderful for sailing small boats and there are hardly any speed boats.
Only a few miles away is Foz , great for surfing, there is a sailing club where you can learn to sail, the children can learn wind surfing and many other sports.
Another beautiful place just a couple of miles away is Salgado where you can go hang-gliding and micro-lighting on its vast beaches. The area is also renowned for its numerous golf clubs, you will be spoiled for choice.
