County Waterford's oldest Auctioneering & Estate Agents firm, Edmond Spratt & Son Ltd., was founded by Edmond & Ita Spratt in 1938, who were joined by their son, Donal in 1953.

In 1989 the third generation, Eamonn, a fellow of the Royal Institute of the Chartered Surveyors, London & a Fellow of the Society Chartered Surveyors of Ireland, returned to the practice.

Spratt Auctioneers have more than 73 years experience working in property throughout Co. Waterford.

In recent times, Spratts were one of the founder members of the Property Partners group, a now highly regarded Property franchise, yet Spratts still remain independent to ensure that we maintain our personal service.
