LOCATION: PINE SUN PARK, FALESIA BEACH, ALGARVE.
Attractive spacious, privately owned, one bedroom apartment with pool view, located in a family friendly private complex, 5 mins from the famous five star Hotel Sheraton and Pine Cliffs Resort and only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Praia Da Falesia Beach. Available for rent summer through winter, the apartment has access to two large outdoor private pools just a few steps from the apartment block and exclusive to guests of Pine Sun Park. Apartment fully furnished to a high standard with air conditioning.
Falesia Area:
Praia Da Falesia is located just 10 -15 mins drive from Villamoura and Albufeira and 30 mins from FARO airport. Across the road from the complex you will find a lovely square which comprises of restaurants, bars, shops, internet cafes, atm machine, supermarket. The area is ideally located for families and couples who prefer to be near all amenities as well as within walking distance of the Beach. Car Hire from Faro Airport very reasonable, taxis to/from airport approx. 35 euros.
The Beach:
Falesia Beach is midway along the Algarve Coast between Villamoura and Albufeira. A striking feature is the Red Sandstone Cliff face which affords magnificent views over the sea. On top of the cliffs and all around the area are sweetly scented pine trees. There are gently graduated wooden steps down to a 15k. golden sandy beach .The beach has a cafe and sun bathing facilities are provided in season. From here walking west at low tide, for 20 mins. you will reach the little fishing village of Olhos D'Agua. If you walk on the beach to the East within half an hour you will arrive in Villamoura. Another beautiful walk is along the cliff path towards the east; if you continue for one hour you will reach Villamoura.
Golf & Tennis:
World Class Championship Golf Courses nearby in Villamoura. In addition, the Pine Cliffs Golf and Country Club is literally on your doorstep and offer excellent deals, for eg. 3 rounds of golf only 149 euros. See www.pinecliffs.com for more information. There are also Tennis Courts and a Tennis Academy within the Pine Cliffs resort.
Things to do:
There are many major attractions for all the family to enjoy including Zoo Marine (where you can swim with the dolphins), check out their website http://www.zoomarine.pt/en, horse riding on the beach and some brilliant fun filled waterparks all within a half hour drive of the apartment. Algarve Shopping Centre in Guia is just 20 mins by car. Here you will find a variety of shops, a big supermarket, a bowling alley, a multi-screen cinema (most films are in English with Portuguese sub titles) and a food hall. The water parks are within easy reach (15 -20 minutes by car) - Aqualand and Slide & Splash being the most popular. The parks all provide buses that will pick up you up and return locally. If you want to get away from the coast for the day then a drive to Monchique and Foia (the highest point of the Algarve) is highly recommended. On the way you could visit the castle in Silves and stop for lunch of chicken Piri-Piri in the small mountain town of Monchique. It will take you less the an hour to get there. Alternative ways of exploring the Algarve are by joining one of the many jeeps that head out each day (high season) to explore the unspoilt Algarve. This is a great day out for the family and will pick up and drop off in the area. As Falesia is ideally situated between Villamoura and Albufeira there are plenty of great boat trips leaving from both Albufeira and Vilamoura marinas everyday. You can choose from a full or a half day and this can often include a trip into the caves and grottoes of the beautiful Algarvian coast line. If you fancy a drive into Spain then the border is only a 50 minute drive and Seville approx two hours depending on traffic

Accommodation:
The living room opens onto a large terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pools with attached pool for toddlers.
Bedroom: Master Bedroom - Twin beds, excellent wardrobe space & drawers and travel Cot. En suite bathroom with bath ,shower, bidet & wc.
Kitchen: Modern fully equipped spacious, bright kitchen. Cooker, hob with electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
Living Room: Large airy living/dining room. Double sofa bed. Dining table with six chairs, television with SKY and BBC.
Shower Room with shower and wc.
Large patio doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the gardens and pool areas.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Good quality towels and bed linen are provided, and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. Iron and Ironing board also provided.
Changeover day:
The changeover day can be flexible depending on flights, but details need to be agreed at the time of booking.
No pets and no smoking in the apartment.
