Location
This spacious, bright and newly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment sleeps 4-6 people very comfortably and is located on the 1st floor in Mar Bel Sol Apartment Complex, Vilamoura. The complex is approx. 12 minutes walk from the Marina of Vilamoura and a 15 minute walk to Marina beach yet it is situated in a quiet residential area, close to the Hilton & Four Seasons Hotel. It is also adjacent to the Pinhal Golf Course and Vilamoura Tennis Centre.
A reception with friendly and helpful English speaking staff is open all day. Plentiful parking is available, although a car is not necessary to explore the beautiful town.
There is a supermarket and a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and a restaurant/snack bar on site, renowned for its delicious Portuguese and international cuisine.

Facilities
The apartment has excellent air-conditioning with heating facility in all rooms.

Living room/Dining area; Television with DVD player and a selection of dvd's, cd player and two sofa beds.We also have a large kids toy box with a selection of toys and books and inflatables. Dining table with six chairs. Balcony with patio furniture, south facing and overlooking a large pool, separate kid's pool and beautifully manicured gardens.
Kitchen; A fully fitted kitchen includes washing machine, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster,steam steriliser, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms; One twin room with separate ensuite bathroom. One larger room with king-size bed, travel cot, hair dryer, safety deposit box and balcony with clothes drying facility with sea view.
Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. Linen and towels are provided.
Bathrooms; Both bathrooms have shower, WC and Shaver socket, main bathroom also has bidet and bath.

Golf information
Vilamoura has five of the best courses in the Algarve, the newest being Victoria which held the Golf World Cup in 2005. Prices are reasonable and well worth trying out, and are only 3 minutes drive away. Vilamoura has five championship standard 18-hole golf courses: The Old Course, Pinhal, which is abut 5 minutes walk away, Laguna, New Victoria, Millennium and also there is the nearby Villa-Sol Course in Quarteira.

Further Details
Mar Bel Sol is situated just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport on the N125. Daily flights operate from most UK, Irish and European Airports. Car hire is available at the Airport and we can advise on this if required. Taxi service is plentiful and always available.

Vilamoura is the leading resort of the Algarve, and offers one of the best marina's in Europe.
The marina with its selection of chic boutiques, waterside cafes and cosmopolitan restaurants is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a morning coffee or a gourmet evening meal. Vilamoura also boasts fabulous blue flag sandy beaches with a wide variety of water sports available to suit every age.

A tourist train passes nearby every 20 minutes which takes you all over Vilamoura i.e. beach/Marina for 3/4 euro's per day (you can hop on and off as many times as you like!)

Slightly further afield is Zoomarine, Aquapark , Aquashow and Go-Karting. Also, boat excursions from the marina and fishing trips. Further details can be found in our "welcome folder" and also at the reception in the complex. Buses collect from a stop just a minutes walk from the apartment daily, see locally for times.

Our welcome folder offers very comprehensive information on activities in the area, local services, maps, restaurant cards, local golf courses and taxi numbers, probably everything the holidaymaker would require.
