We are pleased to work in partnership with one of France's leading property companies to create a range of holiday villages, a brand new concept! The mature existing campsites are being continously developed and the concept is to create a real French village atmosphere - a true holiday village.
High rates of ownership will help to create a true village atmosphere and will offer a real and viable alternative for those who would like to own a property in France to enjoy with their family and friends.
Our sites are located throughout France and buyers can choose the area which best meets their own needs:

· In the countryside
· In the mountains
Our holiday villages all provide wonderful facilities for individuals and families including restaurants, swimming pools, tennis, bars, entertainment, kid's clubs etc....
So, how does it work:
· Firstly choose your location. Contact valerie@poweroverseas.com for a brochure of our holiday villages throughout France or take a look at the villages on our website, www.poweroverseas.com. We will be happy to discuss an inspection trip to the campsite of your choice.
· Next, choose your model best suited to you and your family. We are pleased to be able to offer the very highest quality of new and resale mobile homes. All of our homes are modern, bright, tastefully furnished and fully equipped. We know that outdoor living is the very best way to enjoy French life - all of our models offer a private decking area and garden area. Our homes sleep from 4 - 8 people, and a range of models are available. You can choose to purchase a resale mobile home, most resale mobiles are approx 2 years old and very modern. The new mobile homes available are the last word in luxury! In both cases you select your mobile home and it is placed on the site of your choice.
· The cost of a new mobile home will range from €37,500 and €48,000.
· The cost of a recent, resale mobile home will range from €15,000 to €30,000.
· The purchase process is very straightforward. Firstly you sign a preliminary purchase agreement, then a final purchase agreement. There are no notaire fees, no purchase taxes, no ownership taxes.....in fact it could hardly be easier!
Once I own my home, what happens then? Our holiday villages are run by one of the largest holiday companies in France. The villages are at the forefront of the French holiday market, superbly run with outstanding facilities - you will find that renting your plot will favourably compare to competitors.
Then you have many choices of rental. You can enjoy with your friends and family your own home or you may choose to rent your home through the onsite management company or find your own tenants.
